I spent last week in Nashville with SiriusDecisions capturing its 10th annual Summit — this was the second year I photographed the event, and it was great to reconnect with the marketing team face-to-face, while also spending some time with my March Communications PR team outside of the office for a bit.
The Summit took place at the gorgeous Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. Aside from all the networking and an impressive number of tracks, sessions and presentations around sales, marketing and product alignment from analysts and customers alike, the entertainment was certainly one to write home about. There was a killer keynote session from the legendary Magic Johnson and an on-site Neon Trees concert — as well as exclusive meet-n-greets with both! And, let’s not forget about the Broadway block party where the street was completely closed off solely for Summit attendees with a cover band and karaoke. I capped off the week by joining the team at its company after party, where one of the best 10-piece bands I’ve ever encountered performed. They don’t call it Music City for nothing.
2015 will be a hard Summit to beat. But, don’t take it from me — I think the photos below speak for themselves. Here’s a quick highlight of my week in Nashville:
